DELIVERY

 

We ship the product directly to your address all over South Africa.

 

Delivery Times:

For IN-STOCK & selected products in-store please allow 7 - 14 Business Days for delivery.

 

PRE-ORDER items can take up to 17 Business Days to be delivered.

 

What is Pre-Order? 

A pre-order is an order you can make for a new item before it is in stock and available for delivery. 

 

You can order them together but if you would like to receive your in-stock items sooner then we advise that you place the orders separately. However should you wish to place the orders together we will reserve all the stock for you and ship them together at the time when your pre-ordered items are ready. 

 

If you order multiple pre-order and in-stock items in the same order we will not fulfil the order until we have received all the items. 

 

For all other product selections please allow 7 - 14 Business Days for delivery.

 

Please ensure you use the correct address on your order.

 

We do not keep all stock, thus your items are ordered from our Warehouse in response to your order. Due to customs and border control, imports can face inspection, delaying our delivery time of 12-17 working days. We are not responsible for this and is in no way responsible for refunds regarding late delivery.


If in the event that we are not able to provide the item ordered by the client as it is no longer available from the warehouse, the client is entitled to select an alternative garment to the same value or request a refund for that item.

Refunds, Guarantees & exchanges

- We do allow for exchanges or refunds provided the below terms are met, however if there is no factory fault on the pants & it involves buyers remorse or size exchange an additional R99 for collection & return will be charged. Should it be for a refund request then R99 will be charged if there is a collection involved.

- Exchanges or replacement items can be arranged. Damaged items if it has been has been determined by us that item arrived damaged (if the item was damaged by you trying it on or within initial use we cannot exchange or refund the item. This is up to our discretion though and we may make judgement call in certain instance within reason.

- Size exchanges are possible provided below is met
- Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase in case of a refund
- If we have agreed to a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • 1. Its UNWORN, UNUSED and not WASHED (please follow care instructions)
    2. It is within 7 days of purchase
    3. ALL PRICE/CLOTHING TAGS are still attached to the garment, it is returned with original packaging in condition it left with inspection
    4. PROOF OF PURCHASE is provided 
    -We do NOT provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind or buyers remorse. 
    -NO exchanges or refunds will be honoured on any sale or clearance items

  • no exchanges or refunds will be honoured on items that could relate to unsafe health practices 

  • All items exchanged or refunded will be inspected according to the stores requirements before an exchange/refund is processed up to our discretion

  • Items returned that are STAINED, TAMPERED with and DAMAGED due to wear and tear WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED or refunded
    -Items that have been damaged due to negligence and / or non-adherence to care instructions WILL NOT BE exchanged or refund and are for the buyers own cost

  • If you need to exchange an item that’s either too big or too small for a different size, you need to inform us within TWO days of collection/delivery and you need to return the item within SEVEN days (No Refunds).

  • If you need to re-order a different item you need to inform us within TWO days of signed delivery and you need to return the original item, in its original state to us within SEVEN days of purchase.

  • Should the item which you have ordered be out of stock at the factory/supplier, we will give you the option of a refund, provide we can not do the exchange within 21 business days or you are more than welcome to pick something else within same price or less (please note that this might take a little longer for the item to arrive in store if we do not have stock)

  • We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all returned or exchanged items. This is up to our discretion. Typically 10% of the value of the purchase or the greater of R99

  • Should you return an item without first coming to an agreement with us, we will not be held liable for refunds and exchanges nor take responsibility of collection, delivery or return of items to you.

  • NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON UNDERWEAR, SWIMWEAR & SHOES
